1. Tyre/Tire Retreading Machineconsists of tire cutting machine, cutting strips machine, steel separator, cutting blocks machine and the rubber crusher machine.The waste tire can be cutted into tread and crown by tire cutting machine, then the tread and crown can be processed into strips and the diameter of hub by cutting strips machine, and the diameter of hub can be decomposed into steel and strips, the strips cutted by strips cutting machine and steel separator will become blocks by cutting blocks machine,the blocks then can be processed into rubber powder by the rubber crusher machine ,and the steel wires also can be separated by the rubber crusher machine.

 2.The Rubber Crusher Machine is one of the machines in the Rubber Cutting Line. and its function is to crush waste tires into powder, and the steel wire and fiber completely separated from the tire. Such machine consist s of four parts: Crusher, main vibrating screen, main conveyor,magnetic separation system.
